All rooms have been rented. Room C will be available on May 15 and Room B will be available on Jun 15.
We prefer male students who attend BCIT for at least 6 months. Estimate walking distance from our house to the bus stop will take less than 5 minutes, and the duration of the bus time will be approximately 5 mins. The bus stop is 3 stations away from BCIT. Buses that go to BCIT from that bus stop are 125/130 (which normally run every five minutes). Our location is close to the Metrotown area and will take around 10-15 minutes by bus (110/130) to get there. The size of the rooms is 120 - 140 sq. ft. and the rent includes water, heat, high speed internet, washing and drying clothes. The following are strictly prohibited: smoking, partying, pets, drugs, overnight visitors. We will provide the followings for each room: - Bed frame - Mattress - Working desk - Lamp - Chair - Closet/Wardrobe - Shelves A private bathroom for each individual room is not available, but there is a shared bathroom equipped with a: - toilet - basin - full bath. A shared kitchen is also offered for those who want to cook their own meals. Our refurbished kitchen will include: - stove top - microwave oven - refrigerator/freezer - a mini toaster oven - an electric kettle - simple tableware A common area is also provided which includes: - dining table and chairs.
